Delivery Policy ( অনলাইন ডেলিভারির শর্তাবলি )
বেস্ট কম্পিউটার হাব লিমিটেড অনলাইনে অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য নির্ধারিত শর্ত অনুযায়ী বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো স্থানে নিরাপদভাবে ডেলিভারি করে থাকে। নিচের শর্তাবলি মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়ার অনুরোধ রইল:
সাধারণ শর্তাবলি
- নির্দিষ্ট কিছু পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো প্রান্তে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) সুবিধা প্রযোজ্য।
- অনলাইন ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি/কুরিয়ার চার্জ প্রযোজ্য, যা পণ্যের ধরন ও অবস্থান অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
- ঢাকার বাইরে পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হয় বিশ্বস্ত কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে।
- কুরিয়ারে পাঠানো পণ্যের জন্য সম্পূর্ণ বা আংশিক মূল্য বিকাশ, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার অথবা অনলাইন পেমেন্টের মাধ্যমে অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে হবে।
- কুরিয়ার চার্জ সম্পূর্ণরূপে ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা ও স্টক
- অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর সাধারণত ১ থেকে ৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্য ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়; তবে বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে সময়সীমা বাড়তে পারে।
- পেমেন্ট কনফার্মেশন SMS পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। বিলম্বে পেমেন্ট করলে পণ্য স্টক শেষ হয়ে যেতে পারে অথবা মূল্য পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
- অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে, গ্রাহকের সম্মতিতে বিকল্প পণ্য সরবরাহ বা মূল্য ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
- নির্দিষ্ট ফ্ল্যাটে গিয়ে ডেলিভারি আপাতত বন্ধ রয়েছে এই অবস্থায় ক্রেতাকে বিল্ডিংয়ের প্রধান ফটক থেকে পণ্য গ্রহণ করতে হবে।
আন্তর্জাতিক পেমেন্ট
- আন্তর্জাতিক পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে যে কার্ড ব্যবহার করে লেনদেন করা হয়েছে, সেই কার্ডের স্পষ্ট ছবি এবং কার্ডধারীর ভোটার আইডি / জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র / ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স / পাসপোর্টের ছবি support@bestcomputerhub.com ইমেইলে বা আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজে পাঠাতে হবে।
- ছবিতে কার্ডের প্রথম ও শেষ ৪টি সংখ্যা পরিষ্কারভাবে দৃশ্যমান থাকতে হবে।
- আন্তর্জাতিক কার্ডে EMI সুবিধা প্রযোজ্য নয়।
অফার ও ডিসকাউন্ট নীতিমালা
- বিশেষ ক্যাম্পেইন বা ডিসকাউন্টে প্রাপ্ত পণ্যে পুনরায় কোনো কুপন বা অতিরিক্ত ছাড় প্রযোজ্য নয়।
- এসি (Air Conditioner) শুধুমাত্র অনলাইন অর্ডারের মাধ্যমে কেনা যাবে।
- ওয়েবসাইটে কারিগরি ত্রুটির কারণে কোনো পণ্যের মূল্য যদি বাজারদরের তুলনায় অসামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ হয়, তাহলে বেস্ট কম্পিউটার হাব লিমিটেড অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে। প্রয়োজনে ক্রেতাকে পূর্বে বা পরে অবহিত করা হতে পারে।
পেমেন্ট ও অর্ডার বাতিল সংক্রান্ত শর্তাবলি
- অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট ছাড়া কোনো পণ্য বুকিং নিশ্চিত নয়। পণ্যের স্টক বা মূল্য যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
- অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে পেমেন্ট না করলে, অথবা পেমেন্ট করে বুকিং দেওয়ার ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য গ্রহণ না করলে, অর্ডার স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বাতিল হয়ে যাবে।
- এই ক্ষেত্রে পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড হলে, রিফান্ড চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।

General Terms and Conditions
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for specific products in any part of Bangladesh.
- Delivery/courier charges apply for online orders and may vary depending on product type and location.
- Products outside Dhaka are delivered through trusted courier services.
- For courier deliveries, the order must be confirmed by making full or partial payment in advance through bKash, bank transfer, or online payment.
- The courier charge is entirely borne by the customer.
Delivery Timeline and Stock
- After the order is confirmed, delivery is usually made within 1 to 3 working days; however, this timeframe may extend in special circumstances.
- After receiving the payment confirmation SMS, payment must be completed within 3 days. Delay in payment may lead to stock unavailability or price changes.
- If the ordered product is out of stock, an alternative product will be offered with the customer’s consent or a refund will be issued.
- Flat-level delivery is temporarily unavailable. Customers must collect the product from the main gate of the building.
International Payments
- For international payments, a clear photo of the card used for the transaction and the cardholder’s Voter ID / National ID / Driving License / Passport must be sent to support@bestcomputerhub.com or our official Facebook page.
- The first and last 4 digits of the card must be clearly visible in the image.
- EMI facility is not applicable for international cards.
Offers and Discount Policy
- No additional coupon or discount is applicable on products purchased during special campaigns or discounts.
- Air Conditioners (AC) are available only through online orders.
- If any product’s price appears to be inconsistent with the market price due to a technical error on the website, Best Computer Hub Limited reserves the right to cancel the order. Customers may be notified before or after such cancellation if necessary.
Payment and Order Cancellation Policy
- No product booking is confirmed without advance payment. Product stock or price may change at any time.
- If payment is not completed within 3 days of order confirmation or the product is not received within 15 days of booking with payment, the order will be automatically canceled.
- In case of a refund, the refund charge must be borne by the customer.
