The company is not liable for typographical or photographic errors. Images used on the website may be digital or sourced from other platforms, and thus the actual color, texture, or size of the product may vary.

Sales and Warranty Policy

Warranties announced at the time of sale are provided by the product’s manufacturer. Each brand’s warranty terms are detailed on their official websites. Best Computer Hub Limited acts as a facilitator in implementing these brand-specific policies.

Manufacturer Warranty Terms:

• Best Computer Hub Limited follows international, local, and BCS (Bangladesh Computer Samity) warranty policies.

• A warranty is a contract under which the manufacturer/importer takes responsibility for repairing or replacing sold products.

• Best Computer Hub Limited acts as an intermediary between the buyer and the manufacturer.

• Most imported products come under quick warranty coverage, with necessary changes made upon claim.

• Not all products have a warranty; only those with officially announced warranties are eligible.

• Laptops may have warranties ranging from 1 to 3 years, with batteries and adapters covered for up to 1 year.

• If a fault is found under warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced as necessary.

• If a specific model is unavailable, a similar product from another brand may be provided.

• If neither repair nor replacement is possible, a refund may be issued.

• The customer is responsible for data loss or software issues during servicing.

• Due to parts unavailability, repairs may take 5–7 days to 35–40 days or longer.

• Most warranty-covered products are not repaired but have the damaged parts replaced.

• Customized setups and operating systems are not covered under warranty.

• “Lifetime warranty” refers to the product’s market lifespan (up to 2 years max).

• Services outside of warranty may incur charges, subject to customer approval.

• Customers may supply replacement parts themselves or purchase them through Best Computer Hub Limited.

• Best Computer Hub Limited is not liable for problems caused by free software or hardware tuning.

• A monitor must have at least 3 dead pixels to be eligible for a claim.

• Warranty claims must include the original product box.

Warranty Exclusions:

• Damage due to water, breakage, burns, impact, or deep scratches.

• Serial number or sticker being removed or damaged.

• Fungus, rust, or severe damage on motherboards, RAM, or graphics cards.

• Bent or broken pins on motherboards or processors.

• BIOS password security is the customer’s responsibility; not covered under warranty.

• Deleting the OS from an Apple MacBook voids the warranty.

• Printer cartridges, toners, heads, rollers, etc., are not covered.

• Using non-approved ink/toner voids the printer warranty.

• For combo keyboard-mouse sets, both items must be returned if one is faulty.

• Power adapters for printers, scanners, routers, switches, and TV cards are not under warranty.

• The company is not liable for claims made more than two months after the warranty expires.

• If the warranty card is lost, the purchase receipt and proof of purchase are required.

Payment Terms

Before making any payment, customers must verify if the product is in stock. All digital payments are processed via the SSLCOMMERZ gateway. Refunds may take 10–15 business days and may involve additional charges. Any extra fees paid during payment are non-refundable. All terms and rights regarding digital payments are reserved by SSLCOMMERZ.

Order and Delivery

If the product is in stock and payment is complete, the order will be processed within 48–72 hours. Orders are not processed on weekly holidays or official off-days. Best Computer Hub Limited reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice.

Warranty Claim Conditions

To avail of warranty services, customers must present the purchase invoice or receipt. Post-warranty return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Best Computer Hub Limited reserves the right to deny or cancel warranty services at its discretion.
